Processing Times

  • Miniature Paintings ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Paper Prints are made to order and ship in 2–3 weeks.

  • Framed Prints are made to order and ship in 2–4 weeks.

  • Stretched Canvas Prints are made to order and ship in 2–4 weeks.

Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance through trusted carriers. Flat rates are included at checkout.

Packaging

  • Paper prints and rolled canvases are shipped in protective tubes.

  • Framed prints and stretched canvases are carefully wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes to ensure protection during transit.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@christycattin.studio within 48 hours with photos, and I’ll make it right. If a package is lost in transit, I’ll assist in locating or replacing it.
